Between Show Days: Meet Us at Our Guangzhou Office
The October Hong Kong shows run October 18 to 21. We keep no booth; instead, meet us at our Guangzhou office for a working session built around your list.

The Hong Kong trade shows run October 18 to 21, 2026, and iFunSmart keeps no booth in the halls. Instead of adding another stop to the aisle circuit, take one day for a working session at our Guangzhou office, a short rail trip away, and put your own list on the table.

What a Working Session Is
A working session is a meeting built around your own list rather than a catalogue walk-through. You tell us the models you sell and the questions you want settled, and the meeting gets planned around those points instead of around a fixed presentation.
Booths are built for the aisle: a stand, a queue, a pile of catalogues, a few minutes with whoever is free. That format answers what a supplier makes. It rarely answers what you should order and when it should land, which is the question a show trip is really for. Our office is where the second question gets worked through.
What Happens While You Are at the Office
The session runs from your list outward. The models you name come out as real pieces: a micro-matte MagSafe build for an iPhone 18 Pro Max, a hinge build for the Duo for the foldable, and whichever lines your market watches — the same range you can browse online, in your hands instead of on a screen.
From there the meeting moves to the decisions that belong in a factory conversation: which finishes fit which price band, what your target shelf date implies for the production calendar, and the specifications that need settling before a run, from label content to packaging layers to the finish choices our buyers usually finalize face to face.
We also walk through what photos cannot carry: how a hinge feels after months of use, how a label sits on a carton, what a color does under daylight. Bring the questions you would otherwise send by message. Across a table, the answers come faster and with the samples right there.
If your questions point toward custom work, the same session can cover it. Private molding, custom retail packaging, and label programs all start as conversations, and those conversations go faster when the samples from the range are sitting next to the sketch of what you want instead. You do not need to have the custom plan finished before you arrive; arriving with the direction is enough to get a straight answer on what the path involves.
Office or Factory: Which Visit Is Yours
Guangzhou offers two kinds of visit from us, and they answer different questions.
The office is where you plan and decide: your range, your quantities, your calendar, your customization questions. The factory is where you verify: the molding floor, the QC benches, the label machine, the packing area. We wrote earlier this month about the factory visit; this page is about the office one.
Many buyers book one; some book both and split a day between them. If you have sourced from China for years and know how to read a sample, the office session may be all you need. If you want the production floor under your own eyes before committing, choose the factory, or add both to the same trip.
Fitting a Day Trip Between Show Days
The rail link is what makes the office visit practical inside a show week. Direct high-speed trains run from Hong Kong West Kowloon to Guangzhou South, and the fastest services take under an hour. Confirm the current timetable with the operator, because schedules shift through the year.
A workable shape for the day: a morning train over, the session through the middle of the day, and a return that has you back in Hong Kong the same evening. Show week is a normal production week here, so the office is staffed and the sample lines are stocked while the halls are busy.
What to Send Before You Come
Three lines are enough to start: the days you are in Hong Kong, who is coming, and the models or questions you want on the table. With those, we confirm a time and share the directions to the office.
Send them early in the week if you can. Show week concentrates meeting requests, and the day's schedule decides how many sessions fit. A confirmed time on the calendar is what turns the plan into a booking, and our contact page promise of a reply within 24 hours applies in show week too.
The preparation runs on our side before you land. Your list goes to the people who own the answers, the models you named come out of the range and onto the table, and the questions that need a colleague from tooling, quality, or packing get routed to them ahead of the meeting. That is the difference between a session and a sales call: nobody in the room has to promise to check and get back to you on the basics.
Common Questions From Buyers
Where is the office?
In Guangzhou. We share the exact address and the practical travel details when we confirm your meeting, and we do not publish the address online; the confirmation message is where the useful part lives.
Can we bring a colleague or our own agent?
Yes, and it is often the better meeting. Buying decisions rarely sit with one person, and if your company works with its own sourcing agent, bring them. We are a factory, and we work with the agent a buyer already uses.
What if we cannot add a Guangzhou day to the trip?
We can run the same session by video call, with the samples on our side of the camera. It is a workable fallback for a tight itinerary, though finish and feel questions still settle faster in person.
How long should we plan for?
Plan around the travel rather than the talk: the rail legs are short, and the session itself runs as long as your list needs. Buyers who arrive with a short list are usually back on a Hong Kong-bound train the same afternoon; buyers who come with a wide range and open customization questions tend to stay longer. Either way, tell us the shape of your questions and we will build the day around it.
What to Do Next
The halls will be full of stands, and the stands will be full of catalogues. If the trip is meant to decide something, spend one day where the deciding happens: our office in Guangzhou, with your list on the table and the answers in the room.
Send us your show-week dates and the models you want to discuss, and we will confirm your office meeting in Guangzhou.
