Two Case Collections: Skin-Feel and Crystal Clear

Two collections, two buyer profiles: silky matte Skin-Feel for grip, anti-yellow Crystal Clear for a see-through look. What each range covers and how to buy.

cover
iFunSmart ships two case families in volume this season: the Skin-Feel collection, a silky matte range built for grip and clean looks, and the Crystal Clear collection, a see-through range engineered for the iPhone Duo fold. This guide covers what each collection contains and how buyers choose between them.

Two Collections, Two Buyer Profiles

Skin-feel is a matte surface finish that keeps a soft, dry grip and resists the fingerprints that make glossy cases look tired in a customer's hand. Crystal clear refers to a transparent hard back that lets the phone's own finish show through, engineered with an anti-yellowing approach so the transparency holds up in the shop window.
The two ranges answer two different customers. One wants a case that changes how the phone feels. The other wants a case that disappears. Both sit in the same production line here in Guangzhou, and most wholesale orders end up carrying both.

What the Skin-Feel Collection Covers

The Skin-Feel range, sold under our Style & Touch line, carries several silhouettes rather than one shape. Rugged armor builds bring corner cushioning and a camera frame that stands proud of the lens. Spring hinge designs pair the matte finish with a folding-friendly hinge treatment for the Duo. Invisible stand and adjustable stand variants hide the kickstand inside the case body, and the slim grip profiles keep the whole package close to a bare phone. A good first reference is the skin-feel magnetic ring build for the Duo, which carries the signature finish and the magnetic ring in one body.
What ties the range together is the surface: a velvet matte coating that stays fresh in daily handling, a magnetic ring for MagSafe-compatible accessories, and corner cushioning built into every build. Color runs from Cherry Red and Rose Red through Sky Blue to classic matte black, so a shelf can carry the collection as a themed wall or mix it into an existing range.

What the Crystal Clear Collection Covers

The Crystal Clear range is where our iPhone Duo work shows most clearly. Hinge coverage is the hard problem on any foldable, and the clear builds solve it with precision hinge guards that follow the folding motion without pinching. Models in the range include the crystal shell for a pure see-through look, multi-layer guard builds that add standing-view protection, hidden kickstand variants, and MagSafe ring designs with a strong magnetic hold. The clear MagSafe Duo build is the version most buyers start with, a hard clear back with the ring built in.
The anti-yellowing approach matters more here than anywhere else in the catalogue. A clear case that turns amber in the sun fails at retail, and the clear range is built with materials chosen to hold their clarity. Color in this range is the absence of it: the graded tones that appear across the clear styles are the phone showing through, not a pigment added to the case.

The Color Range Behind Both

Behind both collections sits a signature color range that runs from light neutrals through mid-tones to deep, saturated shades, and custom colors are available on request. For a brand building its own line, that opens a second layer of choice: the silhouette comes from the collection, and the color can come from the customer's own direction.
The practical way to buy color is to treat it as a range decision rather than a single pick. Buyers who stock a wall choose a mix that reads well together; buyers who sell online choose a smaller set of colors with stronger contrast between them. Either way, the samples are the honest test, and the range is wide enough that a mix-and-match order makes sense for a first run.

Where the Cases Come From

Both collections are molded in our own factory in Guangzhou, founded in 2010 with 15+ years in phone accessory manufacturing. The tooling library carries more than 1,000 designs, and new tooling is cut on our in-house CNC, which is why a private design can start from the same floor that runs the open-mold range. Production capacity stands at 500K+ cases a month, and the finished cases ship to buyers in 30+ countries.
The workshop views tell the story better than a catalogue can. Injection lines run in rows on the production floor, and the warehouse holds organized stock ready to ship. Cases that carry a drop requirement are checked against our 10 ft standard, each order passes inspection before packing, and label printing and application happen in-house, so a branded order leaves the floor retail-ready.

Common Questions From Buyers

Which collection should a first order carry?

It depends on where the cases will sell. A store with walk-in customers usually does well with the Skin-Feel range, because the matte finish is the thing a customer feels in the first five seconds. An online listing typically starts with the Crystal Clear range, because transparency photographs well and matches how buyers shop for a case on a screen. A mixed first order covering both is common, and we can put a recommended mix together from your model list.

Does the clear range turn yellow?

The clear range is built with an anti-yellowing approach, and transparency depends on how the case lives: sunlight, heat, and handling all play a part. We do not publish aging timeframes, because a claim like that is only honest with a testing protocol behind it. What we can say is that the material choice in the clear range is made for clarity, and that a sample is the honest test before a bulk order.

Can one order mix both collections?

Yes, and mixed orders are the norm. The two collections share the same molding floor and the same packing line, so a single order can carry skin-feel and clear styles together, with colors mixed across the range. The packing plan and the carton labels are agreed per order before production, and a mixed carton travels as one shipment.

What to Do Next

The collections are easiest to judge in hand: the matte finish and the clear back feel different in ways a photograph cannot carry, which is why single samples settle more questions than pages of specification. Tell us which models you sell and which collection fits your shelf, and the samples can be moving this week.
Send us your model list and the collection you want to test, and we will confirm samples and next steps.
