Unlike other factories that only do random checks, we implement a strict AQL 2.5 Standard throughout the entire production process. Here is how we ensure every case you receive is perfect.
Step 1: Raw Material Inspection (No Recycled Waste)
Great quality starts with great materials. We strictly use 100% new raw materials and refuse to mix in recycled waste.

Step 2: Injection Molding & Burr Check

During the injection molding process, our workers inspect every single semi-finished product.
