In Hong Kong for the Shows? Visit Our Factory

The October Hong Kong shows bring the industry to the region. We hold no booth there; we mold the cases. Meet us in Guangzhou or Shenzhen that week.

The Hong Kong trade shows run October 18 to 21, 2026, and they pull the phone case industry into the region. iFunSmart holds no booth there. The factory sits in Guangzhou, under an hour from Hong Kong by direct high-speed rail, and the week of the shows is a practical time to come and see it.

The Shows Bring the Industry to the Region

The October shows in Hong Kong gather case brands, wholesalers, and distributors into a single week, and many of the buyers walking those aisles already order from Guangzhou factories. If your trip is booked, one more leg turns a sourcing errand into a factory inspection. The cases you handle in a showroom tray were molded by someone a short train ride away.
That is the whole invitation. You are already in the neighborhood.

We Do Not Exhibit. We Manufacture.

Do not look for our booth number. There is not one, and this is not a trick of scheduling. iFunSmart is a molding factory in Guangzhou, founded in 2010, shipping to buyers in more than 30 countries, and our week is spent on the production floor rather than at an exhibition hall.
A booth shows you samples arranged on walls. A factory visit is a working meeting held where the product is made, so every catalogue claim can be checked against the machine that proves it. The first version costs a brochure; the second costs a train ticket.

What a Visit Covers

An afternoon on our floor covers the claims a catalogue can only state. The mold library runs past 1,000 tooling designs, and the in-house CNC shop is where new tooling gets cut, so a buyer can see both the open-mold designs ready to ship and the benches where a private shape would take form. The molding lines run the iPhone 18 series and the iPhone Duo programs, and the QC benches sit a few steps away, where drop checks follow our 10 ft standard and cartons get checked before packing.
Two stations matter to sellers in particular. The label bench is ours — we print and apply labels in-house — so a barcode or model label can be shown on the machine that prints it. And the packing area shows how retail boxes, poly bags, and carton labels come together before a shipment closes. Capacity is 500K+ units a month, and none of it is hidden behind a stand.

Guangzhou or Shenzhen: Two Ways to Meet

Come to the factory if the schedule allows; that is the visit we recommend, and it fills half a day including the floor, the QC benches, and a working session over your list. If your Hong Kong days are packed, a meeting in Shenzhen is the lighter option — the city sits on the Hong Kong border, and our team can meet you there during show week.
The rail link makes Guangzhou easier than most buyers expect. Direct high-speed trains run from Hong Kong West Kowloon to Guangzhou South, and the fastest runs take under an hour. Schedules shift through the year, so confirm the current timetable with the operator; bookings stay on your side of the trip.

What to Bring to the Meeting

A short list makes the afternoon productive. Bring the models you sell, in the order they matter — which iPhone generations, which Duo builds, which price band moves on your shelves. Bring rough volume ranges if you have them; a direction is enough, because numbers get refined against what the floor shows you. Bring the questions a chat message never quite settles: how a hinge feels after months of use, how a label survives a carton, what a color looks like under daylight instead of a lamp.
We prepare the other side. The relevant designs come off the shelf and onto the bench, the labeling machine runs a sample with your name on it, and the packing area demonstrates how an order closes. A meeting held here ends with answers you watched happen, not answers you were promised.

How to Schedule That Week

The arrangement starts with three lines from you: which days you are in Hong Kong, how many people are coming, and what you want to see — molds, a specific case type, QC, or packing. We confirm what the floor schedule that week allows and reply with a plan. Our contact page promises a response within 24 hours, and show week is no exception.
Visits are by appointment and depend on the production schedule of the day, so the earlier your dates arrive, the more the week can hold. That is the one deadline in this article, and it is ours to manage, not yours.

Common Questions From Buyers

Is Guangzhou far from Hong Kong?

Closer than most first-time visitors expect. Direct high-speed rail links Hong Kong West Kowloon with Guangzhou South, and the fastest services take under an hour; Shenzhen, if you choose the meeting option, sits directly on the Hong Kong border. Most of a day covers the train both ways and a proper factory tour.

Can we visit during the show days themselves?

Yes, by appointment. The week of October 18 to 21 is a normal production week here, so the floors run and the benches are staffed. Tell us which day suits your Hong Kong itinerary and we confirm what that day's schedule allows before you commit.

What if we cannot travel this month?

The factory receives visitors year-round by appointment, so a later trip loses nothing. For buyers who cannot cross the border this quarter, a live video walkthrough covers the same floor on a screen, and the current catalogue with our HD images travels by email in minutes.

What to Do Next

The show catalogues will be heavier than the samples they describe, and the booths will be louder than any molding line. If the cases are the point of the trip, spend one morning where they are made. Check the trains, send the dates, and treat the factory as the booth that actually runs the machines.
Send us your show-week dates, and we will set a factory visit in Guangzhou or a meeting in Shenzhen.
